In 2010 I became a student of Pastor Joseph Cortes, and zeroed in on his Book of Revelation eschatological teachings (without yet knowing the key to studying it). Joe began his “Last Days” series in 2009 and has added to it until the present day. At the time I’m writing this, the series has over 350 videos on the subject, which can be viewed on his website here.

With pastor’s permission, I uploaded the entire series to my YouTube channel, not only for another source of exposure to his teachings, but so I (and other like minded people), could easily share them in Social Media tweets and posts. Additionally, I added cover art and descriptions to each video, making it easier to find a particular teaching or subject. A Little Bit About Pastor Joseph Cortes

For some, Joe’s teaching style may be off putting at first. Let me explain why to get you over that learning curve immediately.

Teaching Christianity in today’s world (and for many years ramping up to it), has become a circus of entertainers, flashy sets, slick dressed, and practiced deliveries of snake oil salesmen. Mega churches, huge productions, “Jesus Junk” merchandising, arousing musical services, and prosperity fueled “What can God do for you” sermons. This is what you’re used to, and have been trained to accept as credible. This is not what you’ll get from Joe.

Pastor Cortes is a Biblical Scholar. He reads and writes Hebrew and Greek. He teaches like a college professor.  There’s no fancy studio, no studio audience, no band, no merchandise, no nonsense.

He comes across sometimes as angry. He’s not angry, he’s fervent for the word of God.

How to watch the teachings

When it comes to the “Last Days” series, I HIGHLY recommend you start with the first video and work your way to the present day. This is important because he’s building a wall of knowledge. You’ll need the information from each “brick” (video), to understand the teachings in the next. Keep in mind, the production values continue to improve as time goes by, and the ministries studio equipment continues to upgrade.

With that said, please watch the first 3 videos before you decide to stay with it or not. For me, it was when I got to the 3rd video that just blew my mind and convinced me this guy was on to something ordained.

Oh, you’ll want to have your Bible and a pen. Adding notes in your Bible from the start will be a huge blessing you don’t yet realize.
